Job Purpose

The Quality Head will be responsible for managing the overall quality function, ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance team.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials, components, in-process production, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper quality checks at all stages of production.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations and take corrective actions.
- Analyze customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality inspection reports, rejection reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve quality issues.




- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring defects and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection and measuring instruments.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to reduce rejection, rework, and production losses.
- Train and guide quality inspectors and production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor supplier quality and coordinate with suppliers regarding material-related quality issues.
- Ensure final products are inspected and approved before dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
- Promote a robust quality culture and continuous improvement within the organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
