About the role:

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve project goals efficiently.

What you can expect:





- Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of concurrent enterprise HRMS implementations, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, against a baseline you establish and defend.
- Lead the integration workstream, driving requirements to sign-off and holding internal delivery teams, third-party vendors, and client IT to their dependencies.
- Govern the stage-gate lifecycle, securing formal client sign-off at each major gate before the engagement advances.
- Uphold internal quality control, ensuring configuration and deliverables are independently reviewed before they reach the client.
- Manage the commercial shape of the engagement, tracking effort and schedule against baseline and surfacing variance early with a documented cause and a formal change path.
- Maintain governance that reflects delivery reality, escalating risk well before it becomes an issue.
- Drive customer advocacy, ensuring feedback is formally captured at defined milestones and converting successful delivery into references.

- Who should apply?

- BTech or equivalent degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project management for SaaS product implementations would be preferred.
- PMP/Prince2 Certified and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
