Founded in 1993, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Private Equity, Insurance, and Algorithmic Investment Strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Investor Acquisition & Capital Raising Support
- Take complete executive ownership of the organisation. The Founder will continue to drive vision, research, innovation, and strategic direction — everything else progressively becomes your responsibility.

Key Result Areas

1. Revenue Leadership — Own the company's growth. Accountable for agreed targets on revenue, profitability, AUM, client acquisition, and client retention.

2. Build a High-Performance Organisation — Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding professionals. Create a culture where performance is recognised quickly.

3.



Build Systems — Institutionalise the company through SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, review systems, an accountability framework, and automation. The organisation should never depend on individuals.

4. Business Development — Act as a business leader — bring meaningful relationships, open strategic opportunities, expand existing revenue streams, and build new distribution channels.

5. Leadership — Lead every business function: Sales, Marketing, Wealth Management, Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Experience.

6. Build Future Leaders — Create an organisation where leadership grows continuously.

7. Culture — Build a workplace grounded in ownership, integrity, respect, learning, and execution.

8. Founder Independence — Within 24 months, develop the systems and leadership needed to significantly reduce the Founder's operational involvement — freeing greater focus on strategy, research, innovation, and long-term growth.

Ideal Profile

- 15–25 years of leadership experience




- Strong academic record (preference for consistently high performers)
- Strong experience in leading and managing large, high-performing teams
- Proven success in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Capital Markets
- Prior work experience in Asset Management, Wealth Products, an Equity firm, or Banking (Wealth & Financial Products)
- Demonstrated ability to build businesses — not merely manage them
- Should have some existing business / client relationships in hand
- Strong decision-making ability and high emotional maturity
- Technology-friendly, AI-positive, and well versed with the use of AI in business
- Age group: 40–50 years (indicative)

Preferred Evidence

Candidates should ideally demonstrate one or more of the following:

- Successfully scaled a business or business vertical
- Built high-performing teams from the ground up
- Delivered sustained revenue growth over multiple years
- Introduced systems, processes, or technology that materially improved business performance
- Earned industry recognition or leadership responsibility through measurable results
- Brings strategic client relationships and meaningful business opportunities
