QC Executive – Modular Office Furniture

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect raw materials, furniture components and finished products as per approved specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks for workstations, tables, storage, pedestals, partitions and other modular furniture.
- Check dimensions, edge finishing, alignment, surface quality, colour, hardware fitting and overall workmanship.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, samples and specifications.
- Identify defects such as scratches, dents, edge damage, colour mismatch, improper fitting and dimensional variation.
- Coordinate with Production and relevant teams for timely rectification of quality issues.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection/rework records and quality checklists.




- Monitor repeated quality issues and highlight root causes to the Production/Quality Manager.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Verify rectified/reworked material before releasing it for packing or dispatch.
- Support implementation of 5S, quality standards and process discipline on the shop floor.
- Ensure customer/project-specific quality requirements are followed.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing, measurement tools, drawing/specification reading, inspection techniques, defect identification, documentation and coordination with production teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
