We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our cross-functional marketing and development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customer-facing eCommerce website (WordPress/WooCommerce) and our back-end operations (Odoo ERP).

This is a dynamic position that touches every part of our technology stack. You will be responsible for translating high-quality UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code, managing complex server-side APIs, and executing a strategic migration of legacy Laravel applications into our Odoo environment. Because this role interacts with both revenue-generating systems and internal operations, a strong emphasis on testing, security, and stable deployment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Website Maintenance & Optimization: Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve our WordPress and WooCommerce architecture to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Front-End Implementation: Transform mockups into fully responsive, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for specific dynamic content components.
- ERP Customization & Migration: Develop and implement technical improvements within our Odoo ERP system using Python and PostgreSQL. Assist in the ongoing migration of legacy Laravel applications over to Odoo.
- Integration Management: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot third-party API integrations (Stripe, CRMs, Paid Media pixels), ensuring seamless and secure data flow between platforms.
- Quality Assurance & Deployment: Safely manage code from staging to production. Implement testing methodologies (debugging, cross-browser,



unit testing) to ensure updates do not disrupt the checkout process or ERP workflows.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain web security best practices to protect customer data, ensuring PCI compliance for transactions and general data privacy standards.
- Workflow Management: Actively manage tickets, sprints, and daily tasks using ClickUp, collaborating closely with the broader team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills:

- Proven back-end and server-side development experience.
- Deep expertise in building and customizing WordPress & WooCommerce environments.
- Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, and Python.




- Solid foundation in modern HTML and CSS for responsive design.
- Experience building and maintaining user interfaces with React.
- Competency in database design and querying using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in Git and safe deployment workflows (working with staging environments).
- Understanding of basic web security principles (OWASP) and data privacy.

Must-Have Professional & Soft Skills:

- Context-Switching: Ability to mentally pivot between tweaking a front-end UI component and restructuring a back-end PostgreSQL database.
- Problem-Solving: Highly analytical mindset with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting complex cross-platform integrations.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical concepts or limitations clearly to marketing, design, and content team members.
- Workflow Discipline: Comfortable working in an organized, task-driven setting using ClickUp.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points):

- Previous experience with ERP integration, customization, and deployment (Odoo experience is a massive plus).
- Solid understanding of Technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with UI/UX analysis and translating user behavior into design improvements.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles in an eCommerce setting.
