Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute SEO strategies that improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall online visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with experience in SEO tools and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Handle off-page SEO, link building, backlink analysis, and outreach activities.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search performance.
- Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4 data.
- Work on local SEO, Google Business Profile, and location-based optimization.
- Identify SEO opportunities and provide recommendations for improving website performance.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with content, development,



and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and support the team in achieving SEO goals.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of backlink building and SEO outreach.
- Understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects.

Preferred

- Experience working with international/US websites.
- Knowledge of SEO for WordPress websites.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development.
- Experience with Google Ads/PPC will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
