- Sales Support for Green Field / Brown Field Projects a. Visit the client. Understand his requirements.
- b. Prepare the concept drawings in 2D drawing in AutoCAD as per norms of NBC / FM Global / NFPA
- c. Work out the estimates and BOQ for Fire System work.
- d. Positive knowledge of Fire System (Pump House, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Piping as per Fire Standards etc.) project.
- e. Project Analysis and Evaluation
- f. Cost Estimation, Quantity Take-off, Budget Preparation,
- g. Bid Preparation and Submission, Vendor and subcontractor Management
- h. Risk Assessment
- i. Collaboration and communication

Desired profile of the candidate

- Should have good technical knowledge of Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Detection System.
- Well conversant Fire Standards as per NBC, NFPA, and FM Global




- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
- Good Communication Skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
