Field Executive & Back Office Assistant
We are looking for a dynamic Field Executive & Back Office Assistant to join our growing real estate team.
In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our on-ground operations while supporting our office admin tasks. You will play a crucial part in property surveys, client coordination, and ensuring our daily operations run flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Field Operations: Assist in field surveys, property inspections, and accurate data collection activities.
- Logistics & Delivery: Safely deliver or collect important materials, legal documents, tokens, or equipment to/from designated client sites and offices.
- Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between real estate clients, vendors, and the internal back-office team to ensure smooth task execution.
- Office Support: Assist with basic data entry, maintaining records, and updating property listings when in the office.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) / Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter)
with a valid Driving License.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer/smartphone skills for data reporting.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in real estate, field sales, or logistics is a plus.
