Office / On-site (3rd Floor, Speculation InfoTech, Kannan Ravi Tower, near Chathram Bus Stand, Chinthamani Bazaar, Melachinthamani Bazzar, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu - 620002)

- Key Responsibilities

--> Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

--> Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Explain company offerings clearly and confidently.

--> Generate leads and follow up with interested clients, Maintain call records and customer details accurately. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

--> Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.

- Eligibility & Skills - Minimum qualification: 10,



+2 / Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills: English & local language preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge: Ability to convince and handle customers politely.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience: Freshers welcome.
- 1-3 years experience in tele calling or customer support is an advantage
