About the Role
DigiCord Media is looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) freelancer to plan, launch, and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) campaigns targeting the US market. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from targeting and creative testing to scaling what works and cutting what doesn't.

Responsibilities

- Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for CPL offers targeting US audiences
- Build and refine audience targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
- Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve lead quality and cost
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily based on CPL, CTR, CPM, and ROAS
- Manage pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy
- Troubleshoot ad account issues, disapprovals, and policy compliance
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and next steps
- Collaborate on creative briefs and suggest landing page improvements to boost conversion

Requirements

- Proven experience running Meta Ads specifically for CPL/lead-generation offers




- Strong understanding of US audience behavior, ad policies, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, pixel/conversion tracking, and campaign structuring
- Data-driven approach — comfortable reading performance metrics and making quick optimization calls
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets with a focus on cost-productive lead generation

Nice to Have

- Background in affiliate or performance marketing offers
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO best practices
- Experience with lead quality/scrub feedback loops from affiliate networks or CRMs
