Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ANM Nurse to provide secure, efficient and patient-centred nursing care while maintaining NABH-aligned clinical and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic nursing care and assist patients in daily clinical needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately.
- Assist doctors and staff nurses during procedures and treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per authorized instructions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, biomedical waste management and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of nursing equipment.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness,



safety and readiness of the nursing unit.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the healthcare team.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs and NABH quality standards.

Eligibility:

- ANM qualification
- 4+ years of relevant hospital experience preferred.
- Experience in a multispecialty hospital will be an advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
