About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and business associates.
- Understand client requirements and nurture potential opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and prospects and coordinate with the sales team.




- Maintain and update the client database and lead records.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proactive and confident approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a agile environment.
