Job Purpose: To independently manage assigned orders and coordinate sampling, production, quality and delivery.

· Manage assigned orders independently.

· Prepare order sheets and verify specifications.

· Coordinate samples approvals.

· Coordinate costing and material requirements.

· Follow production progress and quality approvals.

· Monitor delivery schedules and dispatch status.

· Handle issues and complaints.

· Maintain order trackers, approvals and communication records.

Job Specification

· Education: Graduate/Diploma preferred/

· Experience: 3–7 years merchandising experience

· Industry Experience: Textile / Garment / Manufacturing / Trading experience preferred where relevant.

· Technical Skills: Textile/product knowledge, customer coordination, order management, sampling, costing,



production follow-up

· Reporting To: Merchandising Manager

· Competencies: Leadership, accountability, discipline, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, accuracy and continuous improvement, according to role requirements.

Working Conditions: Office / factory / operational environment as applicable; may require standing, movement between departments, shift work or extended hours according to business requirements

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
