Job Description:

Drive the strategy, management and execution of social and digital communications for Bingo Media’s clients and its own digital assets. The role encompasses content, platform management, SEO/AEO, paid campaigns, monitoring, analytics and digital reputation. The individual will ensure that all digital strategies are proactively planned and implemented, assets are continuously maintained, campaigns are transparent and evidence-led, and delivery consistently goes beyond commitments in quality, timelines and outcomes.

Our Expectations:

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated social and digital strategies, content calendars and campaigns with clearly defined objectives, audiences, platforms, KPIs and outcomes, ensuring seamless execution across all mandates.
- Digital Asset Management: Proactively manage and maintain all client and Bingo Media digital assets, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp for Business, X, other relevant platforms and websites; ensure they remain current, relevant and strategically aligned.
- Content, SEO & AEO: Drive compelling content and storytelling across formats while ensuring alignment with SEO, AEO, search intent, discoverability and AI-led search/answer engines.
- Paid Media & Campaigns: Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns against defined objectives such as awareness, reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions; ensure budgets are pre-approved and efficiently deployed.
- Monitoring, Analytics & Optimisation:



Continuously monitor social platforms, websites, trends, competitors, audience behaviour and reputation; use analytics and insights to optimise campaigns, content and digital performance.
- Governance & Transparency: Maintain complete campaign and billing transparency, with budgets pre-approved, objectives clearly documented and campaign spends supported by actuals, platform evidence and performance reports. Ensure clear reconciliation and reporting.
- Delivery & Ownership: Coordinate with PR, content, creative, SEO, digital and external teams to ensure every strategy is implemented and every commitment delivered—on time, to the desired quality and, wherever possible, beyond expectation. No task, asset or deliverable should be compromised or fall through the cracks.

Qualification requirements:

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in social media, digital communications, digital marketing or integrated communications.
- Strong hands-on understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp for Business, X, websites and other relevant digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in paid social/digital advertising, campaign planning, optimisation and budget management.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, search intent, content optimisation, analytics and digital discoverability.
- Excellent content, copywriting, storytelling and communication skills with strong visual sensibility.
- Strong analytical, reporting, project-management and stakeholder-coordination capabilities.
- Highly organised, proactive, commercially aware and obsessive about quality, transparency, timelines and delivery.
