We are looking for a proactive and creative TikTok Shop & E-Commerce Operations Specialist to help manage and grow our TikTok Shop. This is a hands-on role covering shop operations, affiliate management, customer reviews, product research, new product launches, and video/content creation.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, variations, pricing, and keywords
- Research new product opportunities, trending products, niches, competitors, pricing, and customer demand
- Recommend new products based on research and TikTok trends
- Assist with new product creation and launches from initial research through listing and promotion
- Manage the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
- Research and recruit relevant creators and affiliates
- Send affiliate invitations and manage product sample requests
- Follow up with creators who receive samples
- Track affiliate videos, sales, commissions, samples, and creator performance
- Build relationships with high-performing affiliates
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and messages
- Handle negative reviews and customer concerns professionally
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, account health, and listing issues
- Create and manage promotions, coupons, discounts, and TikTok Shop campaigns
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve products, pricing, listings, and promotions

Video & Content Creation

- Create and edit short-form TikTok videos regularly
- Create product demos, promotional videos, unboxing-style videos, problem/solution videos, gift-focused videos, and other engaging product content
- Research viral TikTok trends, hooks, formats, sounds, and competitor content
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen text
- Turn existing product photos and raw footage into multiple video variations
- Use CapCut, Canva,



AI tools, and other video/content creation tools
- Create AI-assisted product videos where appropriate
- Post and optimize TikTok content
- Test different hooks, video styles, and product angles
- Track video performance, engagement, clicks, conversions, and sales
- Use performance data to improve future content

Reporting & Growth

- Track overall TikTok Shop performance
- Maintain organized records for products, affiliates, samples, reviews, and content
- Provide a simple weekly update covering sales, affiliate activity, content performance, reviews, new product opportunities, and important issues
- Proactively suggest ideas to increase traffic, conversion, affiliate participation, and sales

Requirements

- Previous TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate/creator management
- E-commerce product research experience
- Experience creating and editing TikTok/Reels/Shorts content
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and short-form content
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, spreadsheets, and AI tools preferred
- Good written English and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Proactive mindset — able to identify opportunities and take ownership rather than waiting for individual tasks

This is a part time, remote independent contractor position with a fixed monthly rate. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of both the daily operation and growth of our TikTok Shop, including affiliates, products, customers, and content.
