We have an opening for the position of Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer – Level 1.

Position Title: Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer – Level 1

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / System Support is preferred.

Educational Qualification: Diploma / 3- or 4-year Graduate in IT / Computer Science.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, Windows OS and required applications.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, keyboard, mouse and monitor.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
- Provide basic support for network devices, firewall configuration/troubleshooting and server OS.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing/helpdesk system.
- Handle user account creation/deactivation, permissions, and access-related requests.
- Follow IT security policies, asset management procedures and standard troubleshooting processes.




- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, changes, and technical activities.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience in OS installation, software installation and system configuration.
- Knowledge of hardware diagnosis and spare/component replacement.
- Basic knowledge of networking and firewall concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux Server OS.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and services.
- Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems.
- Knowledge of user access management and access control.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
