We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, and networking, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts, system access, permissions, and basic security configurations.
- Perform software installation, updates, patching, and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, and other IT-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents,



troubleshooting activities, and IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain good service levels.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support / System Administration.
- Good hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.

Preferred

- Candidates currently based in Trivandrum are preferred.
- Experience in IT infrastructure or system administration will be an added advantage.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Linux certifications are a plus.
