Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Producer-Editor who can independently own the video production workflow and consistently deliver high-quality, publish-ready content.

The role requires a strong combination of editing expertise, storytelling, YouTube production knowledge, content judgment and deadline ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end video post-production from raw footage to final publish-ready output.
- Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos.
- Develop engaging Shorts and Reels from long-form content.
- Make editorial decisions around pacing, storytelling and viewer retention.
- Handle B-roll, captions, graphics, sound design, transitions and visual effects.
- Create or guide thumbnail concepts.
- Support titles, descriptions, chapters, end screens and publishing requirements.
- Review final content for quality, consistency and accuracy.
- Manage multiple production deliverables simultaneously.
- Work directly with the Founder/Content Lead on briefs, feedback and revisions.
- Identify production issues proactively and resolve them without constant supervision.
- Maintain an efficient and organised editing workflow.
- Ensure weekly production targets are consistently achieved.




- Stay current with YouTube formats, editing trends and audience-retention practices.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of professional video-editing/content-production experience.
- Strong portfolio of YouTube content.
- Demonstrated experience taking content from raw footage to final publication.
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of CapCut and short-form editing.
- Strong storytelling and visual-editing skills.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention and content packaging.
- Experience with thumbnails, captions, graphics and sound design.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Robust ownership and ability to work independently.
- Ability to consistently deliver against tight production schedules.

Mandatory

Live YouTube work/portfolio is required.

Candidates should demonstrate that they have actually shipped regular YouTube content, rather than having experience only in advertising, corporate videos or isolated editing projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
