Job Responsibilities

- Manage and handle the complete branch operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Manage sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide consultation to customers regarding hair replacement solutions.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update the CRM.
- Handle day-to-day branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the team and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper lead records.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, consultation, customer handling, or branch management is preferred.
- Must be confident, responsible, and have good communication skills.




- Should be comfortable handling customers and phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of desktop/computer operations.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the hair, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or customer-service industry will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident and responsible candidate who can independently handle the branch, manage customer enquiries, handle calls and follow-ups, drive sales, maintain CRM records, and provide confident consultations regarding hair replacement solutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
