Key Responsibilities

- Operate MIG welding machines safely and efficiently.
- Weld metal components accurately as per drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, align, and position components before welding.
- Set appropriate welding current, voltage, wire speed, and gas flow.
- Ensure proper weld penetration, strength, and finish.
- Inspect welded joints for cracks, porosity, gaps, and other defects.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded parts.
- Handle welding materials and equipment properly.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and work area.
- Follow PPE, safety, 5S, and quality procedures.
- Minimize welding defects, rework, and material wastage.
- Complete daily production targets and report any issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MIG welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of different metal thicknesses and welding techniques.
- Ability to use basic measuring and hand tools.
- Good attention to weld quality and finishing.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
