Urgent opening for Field Service Engineer- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Allowances and Incentives

Office Location- Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for solar system installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar PV systems.
- Perform inspection and preventive maintenance of solar installations.
- Handle basic electrical testing, wiring, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Support commissioning and testing of solar systems.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints within the required timeline.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical requirements.
- Prepare service reports and update job status after site visits.
- Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Technical teams for issue resolution.
- Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
- Travel regularly to customer locations as part of the field service role.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Electrical / Electronics / Solar PV systems.
- Understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
- Ability to travel extensively within and around Coimbatore and other assigned locations.

Mandatory Requirements

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence required.
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites regularly.
- Local candidates from Coimbatore preferred.




- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Solar, Electrical, UPS, Inverter, or related technical service roles will be preferred.

Experience

Freshers: Candidates with relevant technical education and a solid interest in the solar industry are welcome.

Experienced: 1–5 years of experience in Solar Service, Electrical Service, Installation, Maintenance, or related fields will be an advantage.
