We’re not looking for someone to simply schedule posts. We want someone who can think strategically, bring fresh ideas to the table, stay ahead of trends, and turn great content into measurable growth.

You’ll work directly with our team to plan and execute content, develop campaigns, identify trends, and help grow Blue Pearl’s digital presence.

If you’ve managed an Instagram account with 20K+ followers and have the results to prove it, we want to see your work.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute engaging social media content
- Develop content calendars and campaign ideas
- Identify trends and new content opportunities
- Grow followers, reach, and engagement
- Track performance and use insights to improve results
- Collaborate with our video editors and graphic designers

What We're Looking For

- Experience in social media management or content strategy




- Experience managing an Instagram account with 20K+ followers
- Proven results in audience growth and engagement
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Creative, strategic, and highly organized
- Solid portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results
- Strong written and verbal English
- Marketing agency experience is a strong asset
