We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirement analysis, and AI-powered automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Understand workflows and identify process-improvement opportunities.
- Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify repetitive processes suitable for automation.
- Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze business data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with AI agents, APIs, n8n, and workflow-automation solutions.
- Monitor project requirements, progress, and deliverables.
- Research emerging AI and automation technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and presentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, or a related field
- Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply
- Internships or academic projects in Business Analysis, Operations, IT, or Automation are preferred
- Exposure to ERP/SAP, RPA, APIs, AI tools, or process management will be an advantage
