JOB TITLE: Production Manager/Assistant Manager (Clean Room/White Room)

POSITION SUMMARY: Foxx Life Sciences is searching for a Production Manager/Assistant Manager for our Medchal, Hyderabad location, to join our team in supporting to our team for manufacturing and operations for our Clean Room Divisions. The Production Manager will be responsible for setting a plan in motion to execute all production orders. You will analyze, solve production issues, work on processes improvements, lean manufacturing, and train on new technology.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Manages manufacturing operations, meeting quality, productivity, scrap, cost effectiveness and housekeeping.
- Manages manufacturing operational standards by monitoring capacity, productivity, schedule achievements and quality performances, implementing corrective actions.
- Manages manufacturing financial standards by monitoring cost.
- Continuously improves by assessing manufacturing and business processes for efficiency improvement, benchmarked against best industry practices.
- Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and staff members to analyze and resolve major process and quality issues.
- Provides leadership in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing clean rooms.
- Manages departmental staffing needs and adjusts accordingly to ensure optimized flexible trained work force.
- Maintains compliance with all regulatory standards for product and personnel safety.




- Maintains a secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Provides necessary information that demonstrates compliance with GMP’S.
- Experience working in GMP & GDP (Good Manufacturing Practice & Good Documentation Practice) for the cleanroom environment.
- Should be closely working with supply chain management team for material planning.
- Ensure maintaining 100% KPI’s of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth knowledge of GMPs, ISO:13485 and working in a regulated environment.
- Excellent organization, communication and analytical skills are required.
- Ability to develop and maintain department and cross-functional relationships and build an effective manufacturing team.
- Experience working in cleanroom environment.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Performs additional duties as directed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2-5years of Experience.
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical product manufacturing with specific responsibilities in supervision and new product introduction or equivalent experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
