HR Manager | DACBY

We’re looking for an HR Manager to own hiring, employee management, HR operations and company culture as DACBY continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and exits.
- Handle employee concerns, conflicts and performance issues.
- Build HR policies, processes and performance systems.
- Drive employee engagement and a strong work culture.
- Track HR metrics including hiring, attrition and performance.

Looking for:

- 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup/e-commerce environment.
- Solid communication and people-management skills.
- High ownership, maturity and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations and making tough decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
