We are a growing digital marketing agency offering a wide range of services, including SEO,social media marketing, and lead generation for both international and domestic clients.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to generate and convert USA-based leads for SEO and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B lead generation and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate qualified USA leads through LinkedIn, bulk email campaigns, cold emailing,
- and other outreach channels.
- Identify and research potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, and other online
- platforms.
- Pitch SEO and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups, handle client queries, and convert prospects into long-term
- projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Develop new strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Around 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales.
- Hands-on experience in generating leads for international/USA clients.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and online prospect research.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in closing deals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
