Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anaesthesia team during procedures.
- Prepare the OT, instruments, equipment, and required supplies.
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection-control practices.
- Perform pre- and post-operative nursing care.
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs during procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments and ensure proper counting and documentation.
- Maintain OT records, stock, and equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilization and safe disposal of biomedical waste.
- Coordinate with OT and other clinical departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- OT experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of surgical procedures, infection control, and aseptic techniques.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
