Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Position: Sales Manager (SM)
Joining: Immediate / ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in sales/team handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work in Kakinada.
