Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing the complete tendering process. The candidate should have strong knowledge of government and private tender portals and be capable of independently handling tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and post-tender follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end tendering process from identification to submission.
- Search and evaluate relevant government and private tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with management, finance, technical, legal, and operations teams for required documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely uploading and submission of tender documents.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, security deposits, and other tender-related requirements.
- Monitor tender deadlines, corrigendums, amendments, and clarifications.
- Maintain records of submitted, ongoing, upcoming, and awarded tenders.
- Track tender results and coordinate post-tender follow-ups.




- Coordinate with clients, government departments, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare tender status reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Handle multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in tender management and tender filling.
- Hands-on experience with government and private tender portals.
- Strong knowledge of online tender submission procedures.
- Good understanding of BOQ, EMD, eligibility criteria, and tender documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF/document management, and online portals.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with proven experience independently handling the complete tender lifecycle will be preferred.
- Experience in government contracts, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or other tender-based industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
