Job description:

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician / IT Support Engineer

We need 1 DC Hands & Feet engineer with a backfill

Service Window: 8x5 - 12:00 (noon) IST to 21:00 IST

Roles and responsibilities:

Server install / upgrade / decom

Network patching - copper and fibre - including testing of channels

Network hardware install / upgrade / decom

Network hardware break-fix

Media handling - loading/ejecting backup tapes

Disk wiping - using Blancco to wipe data from server/storage disks

Store management - including goods receipting/shipping/receiving and stock list management

Visitor escorting - meet and escort during visits into data halls and ensure they (the visitors) do not break any DC Rules.

Inventory updates - most of the above activities involve the updating of tools and inventories.

Mumbai (Lower Parel, Shivsagar Estate, BKC, Saki Vihar road)

Total location will be 4

Experience: 2 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
