Store Manager / Spare Parts Manager – Automobile

Location: Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile spare parts/store department.

Maintain proper records of inward, outward, issue and return of spare parts.

Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely availability of required parts.

Identify and manage fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving stock.

Coordinate with the workshop, service team and purchase team for spare parts requirements.

Verify part numbers, quantity and condition of received materials.

Ensure proper binning, labelling and systematic storage of spare parts.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.

Prepare stock reports and maintain proper documentation.

Coordinate for procurement/replenishment of required spare parts.

Ensure timely issue of parts against workshop/job card requirements.

Maintain cleanliness,



safety and proper organization of the store.

Handle basic computer/Excel or DMS/ERP entries related to inventory.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years in automobile spare parts / automobile store / workshop.

Candidates with experience in Spare Parts, Automobile Store or Workshop Inventory will be preferred.

Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and part identification.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / inventory software / DMS preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Should be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy.

Candidate should be comfortable relocating to Baloda Bazar.
