Job Summary

Virkar Group is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital, social media, print, branding, and marketing campaigns.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication, along with the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and print communication.
- Create designs for brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, presentations, advertisements, emailers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative communication for real estate projects, brand campaigns, events, launches, and internal initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Client Connect, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
- Convert marketing briefs and business objectives into effective visual concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social media content, events, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production agencies when required.
- Review final artwork and ensure accuracy before publishing or production.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, digital content,



and visual communication trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and branding.
- Good understanding of social media design requirements and digital formats.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Good time-management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality, lifestyle, or marketing agencies will be an advantage.
- A strong and relevant design portfolio is required.
