Job Description – Landscape Project Manager

Position: Landscape Project Manager / Landscape Architect
Experience: 3–8 Years
Location: Thane / Mumbai / Project Sites
Salary: ₹20,000 per month onwards, depending on experience and interview performance

Role

We are looking for an experienced Landscape skilled with strong end-to-end knowledge of landscape projects, from planning and design to execution and final completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits, surveys and understand site conditions.
- Prepare/coordinate landscape layouts, plantation plans and BOQs.
- Plan and manage softscape, hardscape and irrigation systems.
- Prepare estimates, quantity calculations and project costing.
- Coordinate procurement of plants, materials and equipment.
- Supervise landscape execution, plantation, irrigation and civil/hardscape works.
- Manage labour, contractors, vendors and site activities.
- Ensure quality, timelines and proper utilization of materials.
- Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants.
- Monitor plant health,



irrigation and overall landscape development.
- Prepare progress reports, resolve site issues and complete project handover.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of landscape planning and execution
- Good knowledge of plants, horticulture and soil preparation
- Knowledge of drip/sprinkler irrigation
- Ability to read/understand landscape drawings
- Estimation, costing and vendor management
- Strong site supervision and team-management skills
- Good client coordination and communication

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture or a related field.

Ideal Candidate

The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete project cycle:

Site Survey → Planning → Design → BOQ & Estimation → Procurement → Execution → Plantation → Irrigation → Quality Check → Completion & Handover

Hands-on execution experience will be preferred over design-only experience.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
