A. Customer Service: Greet the customers (With a smile) Talk politely with the customers

- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and according to store policies. During Rush Hours:
- o Handle customers calmly & avoid leaving cash counter.
- o In case a group is standing for billing- cashier to request only 01 person to stand for billing & request others to stand aside to avoid crowd at the cash counter Maintain cleanliness at the cash counters
- B. BILLING PROCEDURE: All cashiers should Accept payment by Cash, Credit Card & Debit Card. All cashiers should Credit Card Payments: Cross Check last 04 digits of card no with last 04 digit of Card No mentioned-on Payment slip. All cashiers should not accept Coloured/ Damaged/ Very old/ fake notes. All cashiers should Re-check Goods Quantity & final bill amount, collect cash and then only give print out of invoice. (Transaction once saved cannot be cancelled) If customer gets angry/ annoyed then, handle customer very calmly. If any cashier unable to handle angry customer, help the Store Manager in handling the situation.
