- Assess patients: Evaluate a patient's joint and movement problems
- Plan treatments: Create a treatment plan that may include exercises, massage, ultrasound, and joint manipulation
- Implement treatments: Carry out the treatment plan, which may include stretching, massaging, and providing exercises
- Educate patients: Teach patients how to perform exercises and minimize the risk of injury
- Evaluate progress: Record and evaluate a patient's progress
