Purpose of the role

Acuity Analytics is currently looking for an individual to play a key role in supporting private markets team. The individual will play a key role in supporting a global investment firm by acting as an extended team member, assisting in due diligence and preparation of investment memorandums for private equity, private credit, and evergreen funds

Responsibilities

§ Preparing investment memorandums & document reviews of investment opportunities from client due diligence documents like PPM, presentations, teasers, executive summaries etc.

§ Creation of PPM data such as fund personnel, fund terms, investment strategy and process, investment highlights & risks

§ Creation of financial matrices including Revenue, EBITDA, Net Debt etc.

§ Created and updated quarterly / annual firm and fund track record and attribution analysis using due-diligence materials

§ Creation of underlying fund returns using annual meeting decks and quarterly reports





§ Derived historical fund and firm returns and sourced relevant data out of huge pile of data files

§ Drafting annual meeting reviews

Specific Skill Set Requirements

§ MBA or other Post-Graduate or Professional Degree from a reputed Institute

§ Basic knowledge and understanding of Private Equity, Fund of Funds and Financial Services Industry (FSI) trends

§ Knowledge of MS Office with solid skills in MS Word and MS Excel

§ Knowledge of databases including CapIQ, Preqin is an added advantage

§ Ability to take complete ownership and deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§ Ability to conduct high-quality project-level conversations with clients
