Role Description The G-Card Holder is a full time, hybrid role based in Delhi. The role involves overseeing documentation and processes related to customs and cargo handling, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational procedures. Day-to-day tasks typically include preparing and verifying shipping and customs documents, coordinating with clients, port and customs officials, and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. The G-Card Holder is expected to monitor shipment status, resolve basic operational issues, and support timely clearance and movement of goods. The role requires consistent on-site presence, attention to detail, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
