. In this role, you will handle incoming messages from users on Facebook and respond using provided guidelines. This is a fully remote, part-time evening shift. Women only candidates are only preferred from trichy,thanjavur and kumbakonam encouraged to apply! Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive Incoming Messages: Read and manage inbound texts sent by users on Facebook.
- Send Template Replies: Match user inquiries with the correct pre-defined prompt and reply quickly.
- Chat Moderation: De-escalate difficult conversations and handle negative user feedback using specific company guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Preferred Candidate: Women candidates and freshers are preferred.
- Social Media Presence: Must possess and maintain your own active, personal Facebook profile.




- Communication Skills: Good written communication skills with standard grammar and comprehension.
- Location: Must be a local candidate (even though the work is remote).
- Availability: Must be regularly available to work the night block from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Setup: A reliable internet connection and a laptop, computer, or smartphone.
