About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Developer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and customization of ERP solutions that streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ERP development, with strong knowledge of core ERP concepts such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase cycles. Experience with ERPNext is a plus. The role also demands proficiency in AI-based development and at least 2 years of team management experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate ERP systems with third-party tools and AI-driven components.
- Oversee code quality, version control, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Provide technical documentation and support for ERP implementations.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in ERP development and implementation.




- Strong understanding of ERP fundamentals — Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase cycles.
- Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms (Frappe, Odoo, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python for backend scripting.
- Exposure to AI-based development and automation workflows.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a development team.
- Excellent communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

Nice to Have

- Experience with Frappe framework.
- Knowledge of database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
- Exposure to API integrations and AI model deployment.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
