Our team is working on something special. We’re currently in stealth, have got the strategy and operations covered and now we need the engineering genius to round us out. We are seeking a hands-on Technical Co-Founder to architect and lead the development of a high-concurrency, three-sided marketplace. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical roadmap from choosing the stack to working on the initial MVP and leading the engineering team. This is a founding role with significant equity and decision-making power.

Technical Requirements:

- System Architecture: Proven experience building event-driven, distributed systems and managing complex orchestration layers.
- Backend: High proficiency in Node.js or Python for scalable, high-availability services.
- Mobile: Expert knowledge of cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native) with a focus on performance and offline-first capabilities.
- Database & Geo: Advanced experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, real-time geospatial tracking and geofencing logic.
- Infrastructure: Proficiency in AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines,



and microservices management.

Education:
A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Required).

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead the integration of three interconnected mobile and web interfaces.
- Define the technical architecture for booking platforms, websites and mobile apps.
- Set engineering standards, security protocols and documentation practices.
- Collaborate on product strategy and operational scaling from a technical perspective.

You are not just going to work on building an app, you will be building the foundation of a company. As a Technical Co-Founder, you’ll have equal skin in the game and total autonomy over the stack.

Pay: ₹18,920.63 - ₹97,111.37 per month
