About the Role

Auto Workforces is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to acquire new recruitment clients across Canada and the USA, primarily within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

- High-volume outbound sales calling to Canada & USA
- Prospect dealerships, repair shops, body shops, automotive groups and other businesses
- Connect with owners, HR, General Managers and hiring managers
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google and prospecting databases
- Execute mass/cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences
- Present Auto Workforces’ recruitment services to prospective clients
- Identify hiring needs and generate new job orders
- Schedule sales meetings and presentations
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals and service agreements
- Negotiate pricing and assist with closing new accounts
- Maintain and manage the complete sales pipeline through CRM
- Consistently follow up with prospects until closed
- Coordinate new client requirements with the recruitment team
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, new accounts and revenue

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + Uncapped Commission + Performance Incentives

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong cold-calling and B2B sales skills
- Comfortable speaking with Canadian & US business owners/managers
- Strong negotiation and follow-up ability
- CRM, LinkedIn and email outreach experience preferred
- International sales/call-centre experience preferred
- Recruitment/staffing or automotive experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working North American business hours
- Self-motivated, persistent and target-driven

Freshers with excellent English, confidence and strong sales potential are also welcome.
