We are hiring a Social Media and Marketing Manager for Chandigarh location.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts and digital platforms.
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, offers, launches and events.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely content execution.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to collect updates, offers and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments and messages.
- Coordinate updates for Google Business Profile and online listings.
- Track basic campaign performance, reach and engagement.
- Coordinate creative requirements such as posters, menus and promotional materials.
- Make basic corrections in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Maintain organized digital marketing files, photographs, videos and creative assets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or Brand Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, BCA,



Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Marketing or related field.
- IT background with good knowledge of digital tools and software will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta platforms, digital advertising and Google Business Profile.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Creative, organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail or multi-location businesses will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who can independently take marketing activities from planning → coordination → execution → follow-up → reporting → closure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
