Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates
- Students pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/any relevant course can apply
