Job Description – Procurement Executive (FMCG)

Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4+ Years
Industry: FMCG Only
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other requirements.
- Identify and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor details, and reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of Procurement experience.
- Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement processes.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Only candidates with relevant FMCG procurement experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
