Role Overview
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for on-ground promotion, referral network development, and patient outreach. This role is crucial in building robust relationships with doctors, clinics, and local communities to increase patient inflow.
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Clinic Outreach
- Visit gynecologists, general physicians, and nursing homes regularly
- Build and maintain a strong referral network
- Educate doctors about IVF services, success rates, and treatment protocols
2. Referral Generation
- Identify and onboard new referral partners
- Maintain relationships with existing doctors for continuous referrals
- Ensure ethical and transparent communication
3. Patient Awareness Activities
- Organize fertility camps, awareness seminars, and OPD visits
- Distribute brochures and educational material
- Address basic patient queries and guide them to the clinic
4. Territory Management
- Cover assigned areas (city + nearby towns)
- Plan daily visit schedules and maintain visit reports
- Track competitor activities in the region
5. Coordination with Internal Team
- Work closely with counselors and digital marketing team
- Share feedback from field (patient concerns, trends, objections)
- Help improve messaging and services based on ground insights
6. Brand Visibility
- Ensure visibility of Pravi Global IVF in clinics, hospitals, and local areas
- Explore opportunities for local branding (banners, camps, tie-ups)
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in meeting doctors and healthcare professionals
- Basic understanding of fertility/IVF (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of doctor visits per day/week
- New referral partners added
- Number of patient leads generated from field
- Conversion of referrals into consultations
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary + Travel allowance + Incentives based on performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in IVF centre is a strong advantage
- Local area knowledge is preferred
