### Job Summary

FNS Solution is looking for a Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support to corporate clients. The candidate will handle desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware installation, networking support, asset deployment, and client coordination.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite IT support at client locations.

* Troubleshoot **laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals**.

* Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and applications.

* Perform basic **LAN, Wi-Fi, switch, router, and network troubleshooting**.

* Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals.

* Handle laptop/desktop deployment, collection, and asset handover.

* Perform preventive maintenance and basic hardware health checks.

* Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, email, and user connectivity issues.

* Maintain proper service reports, visit reports, and asset records.

* Coordinate with the internal support team for L2/L3 issues.

* Visit multiple client locations as required.

* Follow company procedures for asset security, handover,



and documentation.

### Required Skills

* Good knowledge of **Computer Hardware & Networking**.

* Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.

* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN and Wi-Fi.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and client-handling skills.

* Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR.

* **Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.**

### Qualification

* ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / equivalent IT qualification.

* Relevant field experience will be an advantage.

### Salary

**₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month**, depending on experience and technical skills.
