Key Responsibilities

Lead client meetings, presentations and project discussions.

Understand client requirements and convert them into design and commercial solutions.

Drive sales discussions, negotiations and project closures.

Review architectural drawings, designs and working drawings.

Coordinate design, structural, MEP and execution teams.

Coordinate and monitor statutory approvals.

Handle high-value residential, commercial, institutional and development projects.

Work on layout developments, large-scale projects, hospitality and commercial developments.

Support project feasibility, costing, proposals and scope finalisation.

Maintain strong client relationships and identify additional business opportunities.

Ensure smooth handover of closed projects to the execution team.

Candidate Profile

B.Arch with 8+ years of experience.

Solid architectural design and project coordination experience.





Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Comfortable handling clients independently and driving discussions towards closure.

Experience with commercial, institutional, layout/development or large residential projects preferred.

Experience in approvals and construction coordination is an advantage.

Candidates from architecture, real estate, developer or design-build firms preferred.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
