Store Manager – DAGA

Experience: 5+ years in retail/showroom sales

DAGA is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our premium Tiles & Sanitaryware showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and sales.
- Lead, train and motivate the retail sales team.
- Drive walk-in conversion, sales targets and follow-ups.
- Sell complete bathroom and tile concepts, rather than individual products.
- Handle key customers and build relationships with architects, designers and contractors.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and premium showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing and backend teams for smooth order execution.

Candidate Profile





- 3+ years of retail/showroom sales experience.
- Experience in Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings or Interior Products preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decent command of English.
- Comfortable with computers and basic CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, sales and customer-handling skills.
