Job Title: Domestic Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Domestic Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements within India. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian destinations, excellent vendor negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in FIT, group travel, and MICE operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Indian travel destinations, including popular and offbeat locations.
- Manage and negotiate with hotel vendors (especially 4 & 5-star properties) and transport providers to obtain competitive rates.
- Design and price customized travel packages for FITs and group tours.
- Handle complete travel bookings including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and detailed itinerary planning.
- Organize and coordinate MICE travel (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation, confirmations,



and invoices are accurate and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve client queries and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–10 years of experience as a Domestic Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and costing skills.
- Experience in MICE and corporate/business travel arrangements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with reputed travel agencies or tour operators.
- Good understanding of current travel trends and market pricing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
