Recruiter cum Telecaller -

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and good-communication-skilled Recruiter cum Telecaller to handle candidate sourcing, screening, telephonic communication, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities clearly.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and experience.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to candidate enquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare recruitment and calling reports for management.
- Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Recruitment, HR, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, job portals, and CRM/recruitment software.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good candidate-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
